The Captives formed in 2006 and after 3 years of playing live shows recorded this album using analog recording equipment. Due to a lengthy legal dispute with the label, copyright settlements and infighting amongst band members the album was shelved. Only 100 cds were pressed along with several hundred 7" records (Lift Me Up/ Right On). After this album was released the members could not resolve their differences and splintered in to The Melodicans, The Duppies and The Babylonians. Only now is this underground album being released to a wider audience. Enjoy.
